Robotic laser welding
An AUBO i10 collaborative robot with a 2 kW fiber laser source on a fixture table. The same seam on the first part and the thousandth, minimal heat distortion, almost no post-processing.
Well suited to furniture hardware, frames, brackets and any series assembly from thin sheet and tube.
Handheld laser, MIG-MAG, TIG and spot
A handheld 2 kW laser welder for stainless, aluminium and visible seams that need no grinding. MIG-MAG for mild steel and heavier sections; TIG for stainless and aluminium with high demands; spot welding for sheet assemblies in series.
