CNC turning and milling
Automatic lathes with live tooling and bar feeders — turning and milling in one setup, no operator between parts. We work mainly in series for automotive, hydraulics and mechanical engineering.
Machines and capacity
A Doosan Lynx 2100 and further CNC lathes with live-tool turrets. Bar feeders take stock up to Ø65 mm; the largest workpiece is Ø350 mm by 550 mm long.
Older CNC machines with 3-metre hydrobar feeders up to Ø42 mm take the simple long runs, keeping the modern machines free for complex parts.
