Tube and bar cutting
Automatic band saws with rack and loader: load the bars, the machine cuts the batch. For cut-outs, holes and mitres — the tube laser.
Band saws
Automatic band saws with loaders for bars up to 4200 mm. They cut tubes up to Ø30 mm to lengths up to 2 m — the typical job for furniture legs, rods, axles and spacers in the thousands.
When a saw is not enough
Tubes Ø25–220 mm with cut-outs, holes and angled joints are done on the tube laser in a single operation. See "Laser cutting".
