Laser cutting of sheet and tube
A 4 kW fiber laser with two pallet-changer tables of 1500×3000 mm and a tube module with automatic loading. We cut for our own production and to customer drawings — from single parts to series.
Sheet
Raycus 4 kW source, Precitec ProCutter head and CypCut nesting software. Two interchangeable tables mean the machine keeps cutting while the next sheet is loaded — real throughput for series, not just samples.
Clean cut edges that need no secondary finishing on mild steel, stainless and aluminium; copper and bronze up to 5 mm.
Tubes and profiles
The combined machine handles tubes up to 6000 mm long and Ø25–220 mm — round, square and rectangular. The automatic loader measures the tube and takes a reference; a sensor detects the seam or a marker when orientation matters.
Holes, cut-outs, mitres and joints are cut in one operation — no drilling or milling afterwards.
